RETURNS & EXCHANGES

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ITEM(S), AND THEY ARE NOT DAMAGED, WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ACCEPT THE ITEM BACK, ASSUMING IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR WASHED.

ONLINE ORDERS

Returns and exchanges will be honored up to 30 DAYS after the package has arrived based on the tracking information.

ONLINE ORDERS: GETTING A REFUND

You can request a refund on items purchased within 30 days by emailing info@crossfitmasi.com and providing your order information. Once we have received your item(s) we will refund your payment.

ONLINE ORDERS: EXCHANGES

Please email info@crossfitmasi.com and provide your order information as well as the item you would like to exchange. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label (if the order you received was incorrect or damaged) and check to ensure the product you would like in exchange is still available.

ONLINE ORDERS: DAMAGES

Please email info@crossfitmasi.com and provide your order information and photos of the damaged item(s).

IN-GYM PURCHASES:

To return items in the gym, you must provide your original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.

IN-GYM PURCHASES: GETTING A REFUND

Please return the item in the gym. If it is not possible to bring the item to the gym, shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item(s) back. Please contact us prior to shipping it back to let us know it is being returned.

IN-GYM PURCHASES: EXCHANGE AN ITEM

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. If it is not possible to bring the item(s) back to the gym, shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item(s) back. Please contact us and provide your order information, as well as the items you need to exchange.

Please allow 72 hours for a response from our Customer Service team before attempting to reach out again as sending multiple emails makes it difficult for us to respond efficiently to requests.
